A couple of days late but still full of MLB frivolity. Mark and Jeff kick around the idea of a “Legends” home run derby, review Ted Williams and Joe DiMaggio’s numbers during “the streak” and learn about a kid getting thrown in jail for keeping a foul ball. Very strong class of debuts for this week where Luis Tiant might be the weakest link if that tells you how good it is. Our main story this week is about Dick Higham, player, manager and umpire who definitely was never on the take despite the letter he sent to his bookie telling him to bet money on when he was umpiring. Totally not guilty!
Wax Pack Heroes returns with a couple of packs of 1991 Fleer, don’t worry, you don't have to look at them!

We pull ALOT of commons in Wax Pack Heroes. If you've got those Tom Foley or Ernest Riles cards just sitting around you can donate those commons to charity and maybe spark a child's interest in baseball and collecting. Find out more here: http://commons4kids.org/
